How could this moment be any more perfect? I had never heard this song before, and the lyrics just captured my heart completely. I felt they were being sung for me, and even more than that, they were being sung for Steven and Stacie who I had just spent the last two glorious hours with. This was my very first ‘vow renewal’ ceremony. It was soooo beautiful. Intimate. Quiet. Sweet. And isn’t that the core of it all? Just the two of them alone, saying ‘Marry me, again and again. Today and everyday.” This moment driving home, song blaring around me, was one of those moments that seem heavenly and spiritual. It completely solidified why I do what I do. Why I work so hard to get the shot, and then edit for days on end. It is why I am in love with couples and their sweet simple commitment. Steven and Stacie, congratulations on your 10 year commitment to one another, Thank you for choosing me to be one of the only witnesses to your love this October. I hope to meet the both of you again for your 20 year vow renewal. God Bless.
